Pricing

What it costs, and what changes it

Four lines of work, priced on their own units. The things that move a price are listed, and so are the things that never do — the certificate, the seal numbers, serial-level reporting, and having you stand there and watch are all included in every job.

Rates are not published yet. Silverback is pre-operational and has not set them. Rather than print a figure that would be revised the first time a real job is quoted, this page states the unit each service is priced on and what moves the number. Send a scope through the quote form and a written price comes back against it, with a sample certificate so you can check the paperwork before you check the price.

per standard box · per pallet

A records-retention clear-out, an office move, or a decommission. Priced on volume and access, quoted against a real count rather than an estimate.

Scheduled service

per console · per service visit

Price factors

What moves the number, and what never does

Both lists in full, so an invoice never contains a surprise line.

Changes the price

  • Dock access, or the lack of one
  • Stairs, or a building without a service elevator
  • Drive time beyond the standard radius
  • Witness scheduling outside business hours
  • Same-day and after-hours collection

Never changes the price

  • Attending as a witness
  • The Certificate of Destruction
  • Seal numbers on the certificate
  • Serial-level reporting on media
  • Staples, clips, and hanging folders left in
