Differentiators
- 01
The custody record is the deliverable
Every transfer is signed and timestamped against a numbered tamper-evident seal, and the Certificate of Destruction is generated from those entries. If a seal number does not reconcile, no certificate issues.
- 02
Exceptions are written into the record, not out of it
A miscounted seal, a late arrival, a discrepancy at intake — each is logged, closed by a second operator, and retained. An audit trail that only ever shows clean runs is not an audit trail.
- 03
Serial-level accounting for media
Drives and tapes are recorded individually, so a device that disappears from an agency inventory can be matched to a specific certificate rather than a weight ticket.
- 04
Witnessed destruction at no extra charge
On site at your dock or at the plant. Agencies destroying evidence or criminal justice information usually have to pay a premium for this. We do not charge one.
Classification codes
| Type | Code | Description | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| NAICS | 561990 | All Other Support Services | Primary. Size standard $16.5M — small business. |
| PSC | R614 | Support — Administrative: Paper Shredding | The product service code agencies solicit destruction under. |
Two codes, both accurate. Additional NAICS codes will be added at SAM.gov registration; they are not listed here in advance, because a code list a contracting officer cannot verify devalues the ones that are real.
Past performance
None.
Silverback has not performed a contract, government or commercial. There are no references, no CPARS record, and no past-performance questionnaires to send you. Every capability statement you receive from a new entrant has this problem; most handle it by leaving the section out.
What we can offer instead is a subcontract or teaming arrangement under a prime with the record, a first job priced as a trial with the certificate reviewed before any recurring commitment, and full transparency on the compliance work still outstanding. That work is listed line by line on the compliance page.
